Knowing you are pregnant is one thing. Feeling ready for what comes next is another. At Alpha Clinics, we offer free education, practical resources, and ongoing support to help you feel prepared for this next step.
You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
An unexpected pregnancy can bring up a lot of practical questions. Do you have what you need? Who can you rely on? What does moving forward actually look like?
You deserve clear, honest answers. Our staff is here to help you think through what comes next and move forward with clarity.

- Infant care and development
- Relationships and communication
- Childbirth and breastfeeding
- Parenting skills and preparation
Women and their partners are welcome to participate.
What You Can Earn
Credits can be used for essential items such as:
- Maternity and baby clothing
- Diapers, wipes, and formula
- Baby equipment, including car seats and strollers
You may also have access to a local baby boutique, where you can shop using your clinic credits in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Wellness Wednesdays
Every Wednesday, Hope hosts a Wellness Wednesday session led by a certified doula. Each gathering focuses on a topic related to pregnancy or the postpartum period, including breastfeeding, creating a birth plan, understanding postpartum depression, newborn care, and more.
These sessions are a no-cost, confidential space to learn, ask questions, and receive guidance from someone who has supported many women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Whether you are early in your pregnancy or adjusting to life with a new baby, there is a place for you here.
Community and Connection
Pregnancy and new parenthood can feel isolating, and we believe that connection matters just as much as information. Throughout the year, Hope creates opportunities for women to gather, celebrate, and support one another.
From our annual Mother’s Day celebration to holiday gatherings and other seasonal events, these moments are designed to help you build relationships, share experiences, and feel supported along the way.
You’re always welcome to join us.
Options Counseling
Sometimes, what you need most is someone to talk to. Our patient advocates offer confidential, one-on-one options counseling to help you process your situation and understand your options, including parenting, adoption, and abortion.
We’re here to provide clear, accurate information about each path, not to tell you what to decide. You can take your time, ask questions, and explore what feels right for you.
Continued Care
Our staff is here beyond your first visit. Whether you need resources, have new questions, or simply want someone to talk to, you can continue to connect with us anytime.
Additional Resources
If there is a need we cannot meet on-site, we will help connect you with trusted services in the Solano County area, including adoption professionals and mental health support.
